GES to replace dilapidated school buildings The Ghana Education Service says, its teams of counsellors are attending to some of the victims of the collapsed school building at Jamra in the Central Region. Speaking to Radio Ghana, the PRO of the Service, Rev. Jonathan Bettey, said to this end, a new school building will be constructed outside the disaster scene to avoid any psychological implications on the victims. Mr. Bettey said steps are being taken by the Ghana Education Service to renovate dilapidated school buildings or build new ones nationwide. He called on stakeholders to come on board to help GES to undertake the project. GBC
