Expert on implications of AU withdrawal from ICC 

The AU has decided to withdraw from the ICC for various reasons. But are there any implications for this withdrawal to Africa whether positive or negative. 

GBC’s Radio Ghana finds out from an International Relations Expert, Dr. Rashid Pelpou, what the implications are. 

He believes the decision would tell the rest of the world that Africans are capable of organising themselves and reprimanding each other as far as good governance is concerned. 

On the appointment of Ambassador Albert Quartey as Deputy Chairperson, AU Commission, Dr. Pelpou, said the appointment though may not provide material advantage, Ghana would continue to receive international recognition and diplomatic ovation.
