Ministry of Defence to provide housing and hospitals for the military as first project

Minister of Defence Dominic Nitiwul, says, the first two major projects he will embark on is to provide housing for the military and also build other military hospitals in some parts of the country. 

Plans for these projects according to him will begin in earnest in the next two months. 

Dominic Nitiwul made this known in Accra when he assumed official duty at the Ministry today.
 
Meanwhile, Dominic Nitiwul, says Ghanaian troops in the Gambia are doing well. 

He said currently they are based in Senegal but one hundred of them have been moved to the Gambia to act as Specialist forces to assist Gambian President Adama Barrow to settle.
 
As and when they are expected back home will be decided by ECOWAS.
