Boakye Agyarko must step aside as Minister– STRANEK

A governance think tank Strategic Thinkers Network (STRANEK), has petitioned government to ensure that Boakye Agyarko step aside as Minister for Energy pending resolution of the controversy on his alleged bribery attempt.

According to STRANEK, President Akufo-Addo, run a campaign based on anti-corruption and promised Ghanaians a clean and transparent government.

The citizens of Ghana therefore expect that he stands by his promises to fulfill same.

The Think tank is of the view that it would be in the interest of the country to take this action which would lead to greater confidence in the government.
