NAGRAT backs proposal for alternative examining body

The National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), has welcomed the proposal to create an alternative examination body to pair with WAEC. 

In an interview with GBC’s Radio Ghana, the President of NAGRAT, Christian Adai-Poku, said WAEC over the years has failed to protect the integrity of examination questions and standards hence, the need to break that monopoly.

Mr. Adai-Poku, debunked claims that standards will be compromised with the introduction of another examination body. 

He encouraged the incoming minister to pursue that vision to sanitise Ghana’s examination systems.
