Bank of Ghana to introduce new 5 Ghana cedi note in March this year

The Bank of Ghana will from March this year circulate a new 5 Ghana cedi note with new security features and design.

According to the Governor of the Central Bank Dr. Abdul Nashiru-Isahaku, the 5 cedi note will have additional security features that are sensitive to touch to enable the visually impaired identify it.
