68th Annual New Year School ends   

Participants at the 68th Annual New Year School and Conference have called on government to formulate an E-Agricultural Policy to promote national development. 

In a communique issued at the end of the Annual School, they recommended that the modernisation of agriculture should be done using Information and Communication Technology.

The Ministry of Food and Agriculture, in consultation with key stakeholders should also regulate the emerging sector and promote wider adoption of the use of ICT in agriculture.
