New robbery tactics in Accra discovered 

Thieves are using new ways to rob people in Accra. 

A stranger will approach the prospective victim and engage him or her in conversation. 

In the process a gang appears and robs the victim. 
 
A 17 year old student Bright Jarah, who went through this at Abeka-Lapaz in Accra, narrates the incident.
