Tema Customs Division narrowly misses 2016 revenue target The Tema Collection of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority has narrowly missed its revenue target for 2016. The Sector collected a little over seven-point-three Billion Ghana Cedis as against the 2016 annual target of 7.6 Billion Ghana Cedis. According to the Tema Sector Commander Confidence Nyadi, the Tema Customs achieved 95.3 percent of the annual target. Mr. Nyadi announced this at the end of year get-together and awards night of the Tema Collection in Tema. He said the Sector also undertook some landmark operations last year including interception of some arms and ammunition and busting of some syndicate group that was abusing diplomatic exemptions by the illicit importation of non-diplomatic cargo through diplomatic channels.
