Obinim’s court case adjourned to January 26 An Accra Circuit Court has ordered lawyer for Daniel Obinim to file a medical report indicating that his client is indisposed and was unable to appear in court. This was after the lawyer, Ralph Opoku Adusei told the court that the accused fell ill and was sent to the police hospital this morning. He told the court that even though he has not filed any medical report he has the medical certificate. Lawyer Opoku Adusei said if the court is in doubt he can prove with the medical report. The presiding Judge Justice Abena Oppong Adjin - Doku therefore adjourned the case to the 26th of this month. GBC
