NPP announces nominations for leadership positions in Parliament

The National Council of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has picked Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu, as the Majority Leader and will be assisted by MP for Dome Kwabenya, Adwoa Sarfo. 

Professor Mike Ocquaye is the Speaker while Joseph Osei Wusu is the first Deputy Speaker and Majority Chief whip is Kwasi Ameyaw Cheremeh.  

This was the conclusion drawn at a National Council meeting. 

Henry Kwame Kokofu, outgoing MP for Bantama was at the meeting and has confirmed.
