Less Heckling In Parliament As President Delivers State Of The Nation Address

The intense heckling that is normally associated with the presentation of the message on the State of the Nation in the past has been minimal in this year’s delivery.  

The event which was also witnessed by people from all walks of life was without the evidence based presentation that characterized the last address by President Mahama.
