Hold politicians to their words - Sheikh  Shaibu

A Muslim scholar and spokesperson to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaibu has asked leadership of the Zongo communities to hold politicians by their words. 

He said various governments have resorted to what he described as "tokenism" to exploit the Zongo communities for their benefit. 

Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, Sheikh Shaibu said politicians underrate the intelligence of leaders in the Zongo settlements after getting what they want from them.
