Nduom says has no regrets participating in 2016 Elections

The flagbearer of the PPP, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom says he has no regrets participating in the last general election. 

His only sadness is for the PPP parliamentary candidates who worked hard but could not get elected.  

This year the Party was expected to make significant gains in the general election following its performance in the 2012 elections. 

However it only made a slight improvement gaining one percent out of the total votes as against 0.58 in 2012. 

Speaking at a news conference in Accra, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom said his Party worked hard to get its message across but the results did not favour it. 

Dr Nduom maintained that his Party still remains the third force on the political terrain.
