More stroke related deaths recorded in first half of this year in  Brong Ahafo

Records from the Brong Ahafo Regional hospital indicate that, 56 people died of Cardio Vascular disease, in the region between January and June this year as compared to 34 within the same period last year.

The Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Regional Hospital, Dr. James Boakye Forjour, made this known to Radio Ghana in Sunyani. 

The Executive Director of the Chiropratic Healing Place, an Alternative Medicine Provider, Dr. Joseph Ofor has cautioned Ghanaians against patronising processed foods because they contain bad oils and contribute to the increase in stroke cases.
