President-elect promises to partner chiefs for rapid development of Ghana


Ghana's President-elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has promised to work with chieftaincy institutions for total development of the nation. 

Nana Addo acknowledged the important role chiefs play in socio economic development in the country, adding that the NPP will keep its promise to the people of the Volta Region. 

Nana Addo was speaking at a durbar in honour of Togbe Afede who has been elected president of the National House of Chiefs.
