Nana Addo promise 1 village, 1 dam if fulfills will improve agric - Philip Abayori

From Independence; the Agricultural sector has remained the most important sector of the economy.
  
There are several challenges in the sector. 

What are these challenges and how is it addressed by the incoming government.

Radio Ghana sought the views of the President of the Ghana Agriculture Chamber of Commerce, Philip Abayori. 
 
He told George Ankrah that if the Nana Addo Administration fulfills its promise of providing dams for agriculture the sector would improve.
