The Ghanaian Times is hopeful that the Electoral Commission will rise to the occasion and give the nation a credible election. 

The Times says not withstanding the challenges that were accompanied with the Special voting exercise, the EC has swiftly responded and reduced the "fear factor" expressed by the public. 

To  the Times, the fact that the EC had admitted its flaws, gives the hope that, it would correct the mistake before December 7. 

The Times is therefore urging the country to rally behind the EC to once again make the nation proud.
