Election 2016: Special Voting opens for Security Services, Journalists & Key Players 

The Special Voting for the 2016 general election will take place today, December I, 2016, at designated centers across Ghana. 

Security personnel, electoral officials and journalists who gave out their details to be part of the exercise will cast their ballot in what the EC says, is expected to be a smooth exercise. 

The Director Communications of the EC had told radio Ghana in an earlier interview that the commission had dispatched all electoral materials to the nook and cranny of the country. 

There is therefore, no cause for alarm as today's special voting will set the tone for a successful polls in the general elections next week.
