Sanitize state institutions to engender public trust - Spokesman of Chief Imam

The Spokesman for the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shwaib, has called for measures to sanitize state institutions to engender public trust in them.

He said the general perception is that public institutions are not neutral and that explains why some people resort to unorthodox means of seeking redress.

Reacting to a response by the flagbearer of the GCPP Dr. Henry Lartey that he is ready to go to Antoa Nyamaa with former President Rawlings as demanded by the former President, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shwaib, said technically there is nothing wrong if the two men believe that justice can only be found in the traditional gods.
