Eastern Regional House of Chiefs sensitised on Climate Change 

The Eastern Regional House of Chiefs has been sensitised to the effects of Climate Change, the Paris Agreement and the government's plan to address them.  

They were educated on their rights as custodians of the land and advised not to turn a blind eye to the destruction  forests and water bodies by illegal mining activities.  

The Chiefs and queen mothers described as lip service, reference to them as custodians of the land when in reality, they are not.
