Chief Justice Georgina Wood to retire next year

The 59th Legal Year Church Service to herald the beginning of the legal year happens to be the last for Her Ladyship the Chief Justice, Mrs. Georgina Theodora Wood.

She retires in June next year (2017).

In what can be described as an emotional speech, the Chief Justice thanked the Judicial Service, colleagues at the Supreme Court and the legal fraternity for their support during her tenure.
