Ford gift: CHRAJ report puts issue to rest -Tony Lithur 

The Solicitor for President, John Dramani Mahama, Tony Lithur has acknowledge receipt of the report  of  the Commission on Human Right and Administration Justice (CHRAJ) dated September 29, 2016 in respect of complaints of conflicts of interest and corruption lodged against  the President by 3 different complainants.  

He said the report reveals that the accusations of conflicts of interest and corruption made against the President by different people and entities in various fora, were wrong, without basis and unsupported by the facts.

Mr. Lithur commended CHRAJ for discharging its constitutional mandate with despatch, and hope that the clarity and completeness of its determination of all the issues, will finally lay issues to rest once and for all.
