NDC Manifesto highlights: Physically challenged, aged to receive special attention

The aged and physically challenged persons are to receive special attention in the next four year term of the NDC administration. 

The aged who are not eligible to pension will be placed on monthly stipends. 

This news received a thunderous applause when President Mahama, announced this as part of the highlights of the 2016 Manifesto.
