Ghana fails in MDG 4, 5

Ghana could not meet Millennium Development Goal's four and five on reduction of both maternal and child mortalities due to a number of factors. 

For goal four, it was realised that there was stagnation and an increase in newborn deaths which accounts for as high as 40% of under-five mortality in the country.
