EC schools Persons with Disabilities on 2016 elections

A seminar to educate Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), on the upcoming general election has been held in Accra. 

The Head of Gender and Disabilities at the Electoral Commission, EC, Abigail Nutakor said elections are monumental times for all citizens, therefore, voting and enjoyment of other freedoms are fundamental rights of PWDs just like any other person.
