Voting for the NPP means backwards for the country says President John Mahama President John Mahama says a vote for the NPP means many steps backwards for the country. On the first day of his campaign tour of the Central region, the President stated that the framers of the 1992 constitution agreed on two terms for the President in order to allow for projects and policies to be fully implemented. President Mahama, appealed to the electorate not to rubbish the two term agenda stated in the statute book.
