Speaker Is Right On Ford Probe Saga - Expert A Governance Expert, Prof Emmanuel Asiamah, says there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the decision by the Speaker of Parliament to throw out the motion for parliamentary enquiry into the Ford Expedition gift to the President. He said there is a line between the functions of the three arms of government and one must not be seen to be undermining the other. Speaking to Radio Ghana, Prof Asiamah who is also the President of the Authority Governance Institute said the time has come to re-examine the functions of the various arms of government.
