EC Implements 27 Reforms for Better Elections The Electoral Commission last week outlined some twenty seven electoral reforms based on the Supreme Court's recommendations to conduct a free and credible election. On GBC's Current Affairs programme, Talking Point, panelists looked at the key reforms introduced and how they would impact positively on the December polls. Director of Communications at the EC, Eric Dzakpasu said the decision to reject the no verification no voting stems from the fact that the law entreats all eligible voters to cast their ballots, therefore it will not be fair to disenfranchise anybody because a machine failed to verify the voter.
