IGP Kudalor meets Donkorkrom residents over violent demo

The Inspector General of Police, John Kudalor is in Donkorkrom in the Afram Plains to meet the community in connection with the vandalisation of the Police station by the people.  

Some residents of the Afram Plains  attacked  the police in the area when two policemen who were arrested by the police for allegedly engaging in armed robbery in which a driver of a bullion van belonging to the Ghana Commercial Bank was killed, escaped.  

Though they have been re-arrested the situation on the ground is causing fear and panic in the police officers and their families.  

The police have already said that those who vandalised the Police station will be arrested and prosecuted.
