No change in domestic violence after passage of law - Survey A survey on domestic violence has revealed that there has not been any change in the percentage of abuses nine years after the passage of the domestic violence law. The report showed that, one out of every three men tends to justify the physical abuse of their wives. At a launch of the report in Accra, the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur said the situation is a challenge to the Ministry and called for a new and strategic planning to solve the problem.
