Former Foreign Minister and Diplomat advocates urgent attention to addressing climate change A former Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador James Victor Gbeho has warned of dire consequences if practical measures are not taken to address the problem of climate change. He called for a collective effort in sensitising people to the dangers of ignoring anti-climate change recommendations. Ambassador Victor Gbeho described as sad, the increasing drying of rivers and water bodies, extinction of species of animals and depletion of the ozone layer. The former Foreign Minister and Diplomat was speaking at the launch of Nyansapo University College which will focus on training of diplomats and other allied programmes. GBC
