Don’t Truncate Ghana’s Programme With IMF – Economist

An economist, Kingsley Appiah says it will not be right to truncate Ghana’s programme with the IMF, 

This is because the adverse effect will overweight any potential benefit of the programme. 

Speaking to GBC’s Agatha Asamoah, Mr Martey said the country will lose its business confidence and the cedi would depreciate allowing inflation to trend upwards if the programme is cut short.
