The statement said following conclusion of investigation into cases of examination malpractices detected during the examination, 1,576 candidates had their subject results cancelled. 598 candidates had their entire results cancelled. Thirteen other candidates had their entire results cancelled and have been barred from taking any of the Council`s examination for two years because of impersonation. It added that the entire results of candidates presented by 85 schools have been withheld as investigations into alleged cases of mass cheating are being conducted. It said the Council is in the process of dispatching the results to the schools and candidates are advised to contact their Heads of School for their results. Meanwhile, results have been posted online for candidates to access. The Council is therefore alerting the public especially the candidates to be wary of imposters who promise to change examination results for a fee. GBC
