Four injured in armed robbery attack at Wulugu  

Four persons have reportedly sustained severe gunshot injuries in a failed armed robbery attack at Wulugu in the West Mamprusi District of the Northern Region. 

The incident occurred last night when the alleged robbers wielding weapons attacked a Mobile Money Vending Center. 

The Walewale District Police Commander, DSP Sarpong Bempah, who confirmed the incident to Radio Ghana in Tamale said no arrest has been made. 

He said the suspected robbers after failing to rob the vendors opened fire on the crowd randomly and fled. 

DSP Sarpong added that, a motorbike suspected to be for the robbers was handed over to the Police by some residents.
