Political parties should welcome the E-Transmission of the electoral results

THE DAILY HERITAGE: urges all political parties to welcome the E-Transmission of the electoral results by the EC.  

The paper says the world is moving forward and IT is also developing.  

It says the e-transmission will bring about transparency and accessible results.  

The Heritage says as the clock ticks for the December 7 presidential and parliamentary elections is hopes consensus will be built to herald the electoral processes.  

The paper advises the EC to continue its engagements with the political parties for a peaceful 2016 general election.
