CPP chairman calls for ceasefire Chairman of the CPP, Professor Edmund Delle, has called for a ceasefire within the party to allow the party's Disciplinary Committee to work to resolve the impasse between the party and two suspended executives. There has been a stand-off between the party and two national executives who have been suspended over what the party describes as gross indiscipline. Speaking to Radio Ghana`s Felix Cofie, Professor Delle, said the party is run by a constitution and anyone who frowns on the party`s constitution must face the right sanctions. Professor Delle, said he holds nothing against any of the two suspended officials and cool heads must prevail. He said peace should reign in the party so it can work to win the December election.
