GRIDCo launches Balance Scorecard to enhance productivity

The Ghana Grid Company, GRIDCO, has launched its Performance Management System to serve as ethical principles and cornerstone behaviours for management and staff of the Company.

The system is based on the Balance Scorecard and the performance measure blueprint as well as the Company's set of core values. 

Speaking at the launch of the System at the forecourt of GRIDCo in Tema, the Board Chairman of GRIDCO, Alhaji Huudu Yahaya, said the balance scorecard is aimed at reducing human errors and enhancing productivity for the total growth of the Company.
