EC well equipped to address mechanical failures in voter exhibition exercise

The Electoral Commission (EC) says it is adequately equipped to address mechanical challenges that may occur in the ongoing voters` exhibition exercise. 

Head of Communications at the EC, Eric Dzakpasu, in a media interaction said the EC has adequate mobile kits at all the centres and back up machines in case of any eventuality. 

He said the EC has made provision for other logistics at their district offices to make officials and electorate have a conducive environment to undertake the exercise. 

He therefore urged officials at the centres to revert to the district offices of the EC to demand logistics they lack at the exhibition centres.
