Gov’t strategic plan on Cancer care is on course -Ghana AIDS Commission Boss 

The Director General of the Ghana AIDS Commission Angela El-Adas says government strategic plan on Cancer care is on course while much attention will be shifted on the funding of the disease as its treatment is expensive.

Speaking on the sidelines of the 10th Cervical, Breast and Prostate Cancer in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Dr. Angela El-Adas said the country has facilities to cater for cancer patients from early detection to treatment.

While lauding the First Lady's medical outreach and screening programs of which the Commission is a partner,

Dr. El-Adas called on the public to visit medical and hospitals to know their status and seek early treatment.
