Ghana, Britain trade relations to remain strong despite Brexit

Britain says its trade relations with Ghana remains strong despite the UK's exit from the European Union.  

The British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin, said there will be no immediate changes in how trade will be transacted between the two countries, reiterating that Ghana/UK value propositions are still intact.  

He added that UK is more than ever ready to support Ghana to grow her economy, create jobs and push the two countries' trade relations to a higher level. 

Mr. Benjamin was speaking at a breakfast meeting in Accra on Brexit and its implications for Ghana.
