Abu Ramadan vindicated – Lawyer

A member of the Legal Team of Plaintiff, Abu Ramadan, Abu Jinapor says his clients feel vindicated by the Supreme Court order to automatically delete names of those who registered with NHIS Card in 2012.  

He said all that they seek to achieve is for Ghana to have a credible register for the 2016 elections and not to frustrate the Electoral Commission.  

Speaking on our news and current affairs programme,''Behind the News,'' Mr. Jinapor said the EC should engage other stakeholders to delete all those who registered with NHIS card to void further litigation.
