VEEP certain Istanbul Programme of Action will benefit youth

Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has commended the facilitators of the Istanbul  Programme of Action ongoing in Turkey for the initiative. 

According to him, the programme is taking place at a critical  time when low commodity  prices, uncertainties in financial flows and  threats of extremists are making it difficult  to overcome challenges confronting economies.  

Addressing delegates at the High Level Midterm Review of the Implementation of the Istanbul Programme of Action for Least Developed Countries in Turkey, Vice President Amissah-Arthur noted that the programme will significantly be beneficial to the growing number of young people in least developed countries.
