Women Deliver 2016: Expert emphasizes need to champion women issues

As a leading  global advocate of girls’ and women’s health, rights, and wellbeing, ‘Women Deliver’ in its just ended conference, brought together diverse voices and interests to drive progress, particularly in maternal, sexual, and reproductive health and rights. 

One of such voices was a male gynaecologist from Nigeria, who tells Correspondent Rosemary Gaisie why Women Deliver Conference matters, and how necessary is it to champion the course of women.
