APC to acclaim Hassan Ayariga as party's flag-bearer

The Founder of the All Peoples Congress, APC, Hassan Ayariga, is to be acclaimed as the party’s Presidential Candidate for this year's general election. 

Mr Ayariga at the close of the party's nomination was the only candidate who filed his nomination to contest the party's presidential slot and paid the remaining ¢95,000.00. 

The price of the party's nomination forms which was pegged at 100,000 cedis has been described as the highest in the history of Ghana’s democratic governance.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the party's General Secretary, Kojo Yeboah Razak said the party will vet Mr Hassan Ayariga next Wednesday.
