Snakebites and how to manage it 

Over 100 health professionals from diverse backgrounds across the country have been trained on snake bites and how to manage it effectively in order to prevent avoidable deaths. The joint initiative of the Noguchi Memorial Institute and Pharmanova aims at equipping participants with latest trends in snake bite management. The last couple of years have witnessed reports of snake bites in the Upper East and Ashanti regions.
