Forestry Commission selects Aikan Capital to re-develop Achimota Forest

The Forestry Commission has selected Aikan Capital to partner it for the re-development of the Achimota Forest Reserve. 

To be known as Accra Eco Park, it will have an amusement park, a Safari walk, a craft village, an arboretum and accommodate the Accra Zoo.

The Chief Executive of the Commission, Samuel Afari Dartey who announced this at the Greening Ghana Day at the Sakumono Ramsar site said with that development, the park will have a stable environment and Eco tourism will be promoted.
