2016 GAFCSC Peace Operation Course opens in Accra

Deputy Minister of Defence, Kenneth Adjei says the changing dynamics in armed conflicts require international approach in peace operations to tackle it.  

He added that there must be comprehensive and coordinated measures by stakeholders to achieve the desired results. 

Mr Adjei said to achieve the results there must be stabilization operations, humanitarian relief, security sector reforms and democratic restructuring among others. 

The Deputy Minister said this at the opening ceremony of this year's Peace Operation Course of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College.
