EgyptAir flight MS804 from Paris to Cairo disappears from radar

An EgyptAir flight from Paris to Cairo has disappeared from radar.  

59 passengers and 10 crew members are on board the Flight. 

The aircraft was flying at eleven thousand 300 meters when it went missing over the eastern Mediterranean. 

An official said the plane lost contact with radar at midnight. 

The company say it would issue an update "when more information becomes available".  

Reports say concerned authorities have been notified, and search and rescue teams are now looking for the aircraft.
