Stakeholders in Oil and Gas industry dialogue on petroleum regulations

Stakeholders and relevant state agencies in the Oil and Gas industry have met in Accra to deliberate on the final draft of the Petroleum Measurement Regulations before it goes to Parliament. 

The Objectives are to ensure accurate measurement of oil extracted and payment of appropriate revenue accruing to the nation. 

The Acting CEO of the Petroleum Commission, Theophilus Ahwireng said the regulations have been developed to be consistent with national and internationally recognised standards.
